İşbu Üyelik ve Kullanım Sözleşmesi (Bundan böyle “Sözleşme” olarak anılacaktır) www.titarus.com internet sitesine üye olan veya üye olmaksızın internet sitesi altında sunulan hizmetleri kullanan ("Kullanıcı") arasında elektronik olarak onaylamıştır.

Titarus üzerinde elektronik posta hesabınız ile üyelik oluşturulması temel kuraldır. Daha önce aynı e-posta adresiniz ile üye olmuşsanız yeni üyeliğiniz kabul edilmeyecektir.
Kullanıcı, Titarus platformuna üye olurken vermiş olduğu tüm bilgilerin doğru ve tam olduğunu, sahte olmadığını, iş bu bilgilerin sahte ve/veya yanlış olmasından kaynaklanabilecek her türlü zarardan ve ziyandan sorumlu olduğunu, Site’nin bu yönde uğrayabileceği her türlü zararı tazmin edeceğini kabul, beyan ve taahhüt eder.
